Numerous puffs, pack of cigars that blaze my forgotten pain;

Smoked dreams I have, a broken heart, forlorn, insane.

When life is a bed of thorns, heart a desolated Villa:

Live it with a pinch of salt, slice of lemon and a shot of Tequila.

My story has seen the highs of seven skies and the lows of six feet under. It's a story most common amongst Indian youngsters. The tale of a mindless rat race. IITJEE! Kota! The only son of a middle class Indian family with hopes and expectations! The misunderstood feelings of adolescence and dreams far-fetched, have all been a part of my life.

The lines with which I started scribbling this article about me were written back in 2011 when IIT was a dream. There were dreams, desires, passion and what not. And the pressure to make it true was always so overvalued. Today I am an IITian and everything gone by feels so trivial.

I have learnt to keep my personal, professional and social life apart. Improve myself every day in whatever I do. Enjoy what I do and excel at it. Keep searching for novelty. Life is about 3Es for me, "Explore, experience and express". Happiness is the ultimate success. Learn to treat failures and successes alike, believe in yourself and remember that talent without the right attitude is a waste. Any failure can be turned into victory with a slight shift in attitude.

Kota changed me. Speculators branded me a failure when I lost at IITJEE in my first attempt. Kota was to be blamed but the transformation I got was a must. From a studious book worm, I changed into a state level Boxer and wushu player, worked in half a dozen varieties of societies like of newsletters, mining, painting, poetry, Harvard Conference and much more.

The world is enormous with always more to explore. In life, finding oneself is the toughest deal of all. Finding the answer to "what I can and what I want to do in life?". Just dream on!
