Megha Pandey - Intern at The Financial Doctors

Megha Pandey

Another long vacation from college, one day..two days..three..four, like this days were passing and I was sitting idle at home just because of this one thought that struck my head before vacations - "no… this time I don’t want to go away from home, doing some internship", rather I just wanted to be a couch potato. But nooo, that wasn’t a possibility. The irony lays in the fact that I can never sit without any work. So after a few days at home I started my search online and came across THE FINANCIAL DOCTORS . And thus an opportunity landed at my hand to step into the field of finance which I had wished to pursue for long and it was finally happening. Being from an engineering background, at first I didn’t have much idea about the stream and frankly speaking after the first session itself I felt a little nervous for what was going to come in the days ahead. But then showing great interest though with a tinge of nervousness mixed and along with great guidance from my mentor Vishwa Kalra Sir, served as a perfect recipe for my growth. Starting from the ground zero level to gaining this knowledge of the market and trades that I have today and that too in just two weeks , all the credit goes to him. I would end on a note that to gain an edge in life one should never set any boundaries, let yourself free, come up and take your chance. And yes, remember - "it is always good to take calculated risks", just as this market has taught me well.
