Shivam Gaba - Intern at The Financial Doctors

Shivam Gaba

The idea of financial markets first captivated me while choosing my higher education stream when CBSE introduced Commerce based Vocational Course- ‘Financial Markets Management’. Fortunately, it was available only in my school. The zeal to do something extraordinary in the field of finance grew within me in those two years. I got a clear picture of what stock market actually is and what people have made it with false assumptions.

After the completion of my school, I landed up in Delhi University for my graduation. I received the golden opportunity to intern at The Financial Doctors as a Technical Trading Strategy Developer which helped me lift up my basic knowledge of charting to a higher level. From having ambiguous image about price movements to understanding the concepts of Resistance, Support, Trends, Oscillators, Fibonacci Levels, Break-outs & Fake-outs and many more tools, it was a very fascinating journey. I ended up with a defined career target to become a successful Trader & Analyst.

I want to thank our mentor, Mr Vishwa Kalra, to give us all this great opportunity to learn new things and for starting a unique initiative- ‘Traders for Tomorrow’ in which I will contribute the best possible I can, to bring awareness about financial literacy and stock markets.
