The objective of the fee is not to generate revenue, but to filter spam audience, which is a massive challenge in the industry.


After how much time will I get access after payment?

- It can take up to 24 hours to enable the access after the payment.


I have subscribed to paid subscriptions, but I am not getting live email alerts. What to do?

- Please check your SPAM folder.

Can I apply for refund?

- Due to the consumption nature of the content offered, we do not offer refund.


Is this payment recurring?

- No. After the end of your subscription period, you have to make the payment again for subscription.


How can I enable auto pay for subscription every month?

- Currently, there is no option to enable auto-pay. We are currently working on it to make it available shortly.


Are there any long term pricing options?

- Currently, we do not offer any subscription for more than one year.
